1997-2000: Shriners Hospital for Children, Chicago - "Department Coordinator/Medical Illustrator"

Within specified annual budget, coordinate and oversee Graphic Arts Department and staff in development, design and production of all graphic materials to support research and publication efforts of physicians, educators and other health care staff. Implement system of customer service allowing for improved degree of client satisfaction. Organize and design physical work space and computer hardware to increase productivity and work efficiency. Evaluate and restructure digital archives to allow for easy access and smooth transition from Mac to PC environment. Write proposals and prepare annual budget reports to acquire equipment needed to run updated department.
